Regional Air pilots go to South Africa and Canada for simulator training. Over 15 of our pilots have progressed to Captain roles with leading international carriers such as, Emirates, British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, and the royal fleets of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

With more than 10,000 flight hours and over 18 years of aviation experience in the region, Capt. Catherine has built her career on professionalism, safety, and leadership. Trained at the Kenya School of Flying, she holds an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and has served in key roles within the AirKenya Group of Airlines including Head of Safety, Head of Operations, Chief Pilot and until recently Country Manager at AeroLink Uganda. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams to excel and harnessing their skills to drive organizational growth.
Base Maintenance Manager
With over two decades of hands-on experience in aeronautical engineering and maintenance management, Marko is the expert ensuring the safety and reliability of our entire fleet. As Base Maintenance Manager, he leads our dedicated team of engineers and technicians with a philosophy grounded in meticulous precision and unwavering safety standards. His leadership is backed by dual Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licenses in both Kenya and Tanzania and being type-rated on our aircraft, reinforcing his hands-on approach to technical oversight.
